Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jobsitescreens.com and any quote, order, or service provided by Jobsite Screens, a division of Brand Builder Promotions ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, approving a proof, or paying for an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Until your account is approved for credit, every order is paid 50% when you approve your proof and 50% before it ships. Your account manager confirms your payment terms before production.
- Production starts once you approve your digital proof and your deposit is paid, or your credit terms are in place.
- Vinyl ships as fast as 48 hours after proof approval. Polyester mesh ships in 12 to 15 days, with the ship date confirmed in writing before production starts.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, copy, colors, and dimensions you submit. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, images, or trademarks supplied. Nothing prints until you approve the proof, and we are not liable for errors you approved on a proof.
Payment
Until your account is approved for business credit, 50% of the order total is due when you approve your proof and the balance is due before your order ships. You may pay the full amount at approval instead. Once your account is approved for credit, you may pay on a purchase order, Net 30 from the invoice date. Credit is extended at our discretion after review of your credit application, and may be limited, changed or withdrawn. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping
Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States is included on every screen: printed fence screens, printed bleacher wraps, EventLine rolls, and wind and privacy screen. Netting, padding, fence guard, field covers and site protection products are quoted with shipping, and the shipping charge appears as its own line on your quote and invoice. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Reprint guarantee
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs materially from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship the affected product at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover errors approved on the proof or damage caused after delivery.
Returns and cancellations
Because each order is custom printed, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Cancel before you approve the proof and any card hold is released; nothing is charged, and design work already done is free.
Intellectual property
All website content, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Jobsite Screens or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for the reprint guarantee above. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. An order is governed by the version you accepted when you approved its proof or paid for it; continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new orders.
